Today is a somber day at work, now that it’s been announced that Condoleezza Rice has been nominated as our new boss.

It’s an interesting question, and one I thought about before posting. I hope the answer is “no”; it’s a personal reflection, posted on my personal site, on my own time. Given the continued assaults on our first amendment and other civil liberties, however, it’s unfortunately probably an open question.
